An iPad works great, but any Android tablet does the job too. Just make sure it's running iPadOS 15 or Android 7.0 at minimum.

Just install the app, tap «Get started», and choose «I've been invited to join a group». Enter the invitation code you received by email and follow the on-screen instructions.

Yes! Your data is stored securely in Infomaniak's servers in Switzerland. They are known for their strong privacy standards and carbon-neutral infrastructure. All your messages, photos, and personal information are encrypted and never shared with third parties without your consent.

Open the SeniorContact app, go to your app settings (bottom right of your menu), then «Security» and tap «Delete account» at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, email us with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'.
