Account deletion

Learn how to delete your account and associated data.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data related to SeniorContact, please follow the steps below:

Steps to request deletion:

  • Open the SeniorContact app.
  • Go to your app settings (bottom right of your menu), then «Security» and tap «Delete account» on the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, email us at support@seniorcontact.app with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'.

Your request will be processed within 1-3 business days.

What will be deleted:

  • Your profile and account information.
  • All of your messages, media, and other user-generated content.
  • Every group where you are still an administrator (including it's senior, reminder, etc..).

What may be retained:

  • Transaction or billing data for up to 12 months.
