« You know, mobile phones are way too complicated... There are updates, settings, spam, and the keyboard is really too small... »

For relatives, having a parent without a mobile phone can be a real challenge. It creates a digital divide that isolates them from modern life.

How can we send them simple messages to remind them to take their medication, let them know the taxi will be waiting at the door at 6 p.m., or not to forget their doctor's appointment? How can we share our joys, instant photos, or favorite videos with them?

In recent years, we faced this very issue within our own family. Unable to find a truly suitable and satisfying solution, we came up with the idea of developing an application designed to support both caregivers and seniors.

By combining Maximilien's expertise in software development with Marc's entrepreneurial experience, SeniorContact was born.

From the very beginning, we decided to test the app with our "Nonna." Having never used a smartphone or tablet, she was the perfect candidate to guide us.

Thanks to her, we were able to identify and address several challenges she encountered while using the app. With her valuable feedback, as well as input from many seniors and their relatives, the app has evolved into what it is today: a simple and user-friendly communication solution tailored to seniors.

Since its launch, we’ve continued to work tirelessly to improve the experience, fix any issues, and add new features based on user feedback.

SeniorContact is much more than an app—it’s a bridge to close the technological gap and create meaningful connections with our seniors.
